Penderbrook Associates has a number of contract vehicles currently in place, under which we provide services to our customers. We also have two prime contracts available, under which we can provide direct support to Federal Government customers.

Professional Engineering Services (PES)
Allows us to respond to virtually any government engineering requirement, including design development (concept, preliminary and detailed design including prototyping); engineering specific logistics support (maintenance, repair, reliability, maintainability, supply chain development, personnel and training and assessment of supportability alternatives) and acquisition and life-cycle management (program management functions required to procure, produce, render operational and sustain technology based systems, activities, subsystems and projects. Life-cycle management includes development of reliability improvement and life extension programs, as well as engineering-specific logistics support).

SEAPORT-e Quality Assurance Program
Penderbrook Associates has a quality assurance management system in place that defines repeatable, clear processes, which results in quality deliverables. The quality assurance management system applies a closed loop continuous improvement process that results in cost savings to Penderbrook SEAPORT- e Customers. Our quality assurance management system identifies detailed quality assurance requirements for each task order and monitors task order performance to ensure milestones are being attained and deliverables meet a minimum quality standard. The quality assurance management system includes independent assessment of task order deliverables, and when problems are identified, the process provides for detailed monitoring and mitigation to assure that all critical functions are performed on each task in accordance with the mitigation plan. Our quality assurance management system reduces risk for SEAPORT- e Customers and Penderbrook Associates, and when problems are identified they are mitigated using a controlled and structured approach.
